North Dakota Statutes
§ 23-30-08 — Indebtedness of district limited
No district may become indebted for an amount that may not be payable from twenty annual
maximum tax levies as authorized by section 23-30-07. Within the limits herein authorized, the
district shall have power to borrow money and to issue appropriate evidence of indebtedness
thereof.
