Text
The board of county commissioners of any county may, by resolution and under such rules
and regulations as it may adopt, order the disinterring and removal of all human remains from
any cemetery which is within the county and outside the boundaries of any municipality,
whenever the board finds that the further maintenance of all or any part of the cemetery as a
burial place for the human dead threatens or endangers the health, safety, comfort, or welfare of
the public.
