The state board of chiropractic examiners is hereby authorized and empowered for, and on
behalf of, the chiropractic profession and their patients in the state of North Dakota to accept
any funds or grants through appropriate channels and any supplies and equipment which may
be made available to this state for hospital facilities, goods, and services.
