§ 23-16-19 — COVID-19 vaccination status - Access to care
A hospital may not deny health care treatment or services to an individual based on that
individual's severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, identified as SARS-CoV-2
(COVID-19) vaccination status.
