§ 23-11-33 — Municipalities may cooperate
Any city, county, or other public body may cooperate with housing authorities, or with the
federal government, with respect to the development or administration of projects, and
necessary slum clearance, to assure the availability of safe and sanitary dwellings for persons
engaged in national defense activities and for veterans.
