Text
As a prerequisite to the taking of real property by the exercise of the power of eminent
domain, an authority shall adopt a resolution declaring that the acquisition of the real property
described therein is necessary for its purposes under the provisions of this chapter. Such power
may be exercised in the manner provided in sections 32-15-01 to 32-15-34, or by any other
applicable provision of this code relating to the exercise of the power of eminent domain.
