Text
The owner of a mobile home park, recreational vehicle park, or campground shall establish
a procedure for responding to emergencies and complaints. The procedure must include the
ability to reach a person who has the authority to perform, or direct the performance of, duties
imposed on the owner under this chapter. The procedure must be posted conspicuously in the
mobile home park, recreational vehicle park, and campground or a copy must be provided to the
tenants in writing.
