Text
The superintendent of a hospital, dispensary, or charitable or penal institution, in which
there is a case of sexually transmitted disease, or the superintendent's designee, shall report
such case to the nearest health officer having jurisdiction. The report must be made in the form
and manner directed by the department of health and human services.
