§ 23-06-12 — Transporting body without final disposition-transit permit
It is unlawful for a transportation company or common carrier to transport, or accept for
transportation, the body of any deceased individual unless that body is accompanied by a final
disposition-transit permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
