North Dakota Statutes
§ 2-08-11 — Penalty for violation of chapter
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction for which a
maximum fine of five hundred dollars may be imposed. For a second and subsequent offense,
such person shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
