§ 2-05-13 — Investigations, hearings
The commission may hold investigations and hearings concerning matters covered by the
provisions of this chapter which must be open to the public and must be held upon such call or
notice as the commission deems advisable. Each member of the commission may administer
oaths and issue subpoenas.
