Text
1.Except as provided in section 2-05-11.3, every aircraft or ultralight vehicle operating
within this state for more than thirty days must be registered with the aeronautics
commission for each calendar year in which the aircraft or ultralight vehicle is operated
within this state, subject to rules adopted by the commission. The commission shall
charge a fee for each annual registration. The following fees apply:

501 to 1,000 30.00
1,001 to 1,500 38.00
1,501 to 2,000 45.00
2,001 to 2,500 60.00
2,501 to 3,000 75.00
3,001 to 3,500 90.00
3,501 to 4,000 105.00
4,001 to 5,000 120.00
5,001 to 6,000 150.00
6,001 to 7,000 180.00
7,001 to 8,000 210.00
8,001 to 9,000 240.00
9,001 to 10,000 270.00
10,001 to 15,000 300.00
15,001 to 20,000 450.
