Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class A
misdemeanor. No person is subject to the penalties of this section for having violated subsection
1 of section 19-21-02 in respect of any hazardous substance shipped or delivered for shipment
for export to any foreign country in a package marked for export and branded in accordance
with the specifications of the foreign purchaser and in accordance with the laws of the foreign
country.
