Text
In addition to any other remedy provided in this chapter, the department is hereby
authorized to apply to the district court of Burleigh County, and such court shall have jurisdiction
upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any
person from violating any provision of section 19-21-02, irrespective of whether or not there
exists an adequate remedy at law.
