In this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates:
1. The terms "honey", "liquid or extracted honey", "strained honey", or "pure honey" are
interchangeable and mean the nectar of plants that has been transformed by and is
the natural product of the honeybee.
2. "Person" means any individual, partnership, firm, association, company, corporation, or
limited liability company.
