§ 19-04-08 — Distribution of anabolic steroids prohibited - Exception - Penalty
North Dakota·Title 19 Foods, Drugs, Oils, and Compounds·Ch. 19-04 Poisons and Deleterious Preparations
A person who distributes or possesses with the intent to distribute an anabolic steroid for
any use in humans other than the treatment of disease under the prescription of a physician is
guilty of a class B felony.
