Text
As used in this chapter:
1."Council" means the North Dakota ethanol council.
2."Producer" means the owner of a facility that is located in this state and which
produces annually more than one million gallons of agriculturally derived denatured
ethanol that is suitable for blending with a petroleum product for use in internal
combustion engines.
