Text

Payment. Upon receipt of the returns of any election, the county auditor shall prepare the county auditor's certificate stating the compensation to which the inspectors, judges, and clerks of election are entitled for their services. The county auditor shall deliver the certificate to the board of county commissioners at its next session and the board shall order the compensation to be paid out of the county treasury.
