secretary of state - Contents - Abstract for presidential electors.
Before four p.m. on the thirteenth day following any general election, the county auditor of
each county shall provide to the secretary of state a certified abstract of the votes cast in the
county at the election according to the reporting instructions specified by the secretary of state.
