Secretary of state to determine authorized organization - Review of determination. If two or more organizations claiming or purporting to represent the same political party file certificates of nomination under the same party designation, or if the certificates indicate the nominations were made by any individual or organization representing the same political party, the secretary of state, within the time prescribed by law for certifying state nominations to the county auditor, shall determine from the best available sources of information which organization filing the certificates is the legally authorized representative of the party.
