Text
County auditors shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, by reliable method, to the inspector
of elections in each polling place the official ballots. The ballots must be delivered in sealed
packages marked plainly with the name of the precinct. The county auditor also shall deliver or
cause to be delivered a suitable seal for the wrapper containing the ballots as provided in
section 16.1-15-08.
