North Dakota Statutes
§ 16.1-06-11 — Voting systems authorized
Voting systems may be used in accordance with this chapter. Voting systems may be
procured, provided the systems being procured have been approved and certified for
procurement and use in the state by the secretary of state according to section 16.1-06-26. The
system then may be used in any state, county, city, or district election in that precinct or other
voting area of which that precinct is a part.
