Text
The faculty of the school of medicine and health sciences at the university of North Dakota
may, with the advice of the school of medicine and health sciences advisory council and with the
approval of the state board of higher education and in accordance with applicable accreditation
requirements as specified by the liaison committee on medical education, adopt such rules and
regulations governing the education and residency qualifications of applicants for admission to
the school of medicine and health sciences as it deems necessary and proper to carry out its
purpose as provided in section 15-52-01.
