§ 15-11-26 — Alumni building - Title to site - Title to building
The title to the ground selected by the alumni association for an alumni building must
remain forever in the state, subject to the purposes specified. The title to the alumni building
must remain in the alumni association until it may be relinquished or granted formally to the
state.
