§ 15-08-17 — Patents - Recording - Effect
North Dakota·Title 15 Education·Ch. 15-08 Provisions Relating to Original Grant and to Nongrant Lands
The recorders of the several counties are authorized to record all patents issued by the
governor pursuant to the provisions of this title, and the record thereof has the same effect as
the record of other conveyances executed according to the laws of this state.
