§ 15-06-31 — Recording of correct map when tract divided into parcels or lots
When the commissioner of university and school lands divides any tract of land into small
parcels or lots as provided in this chapter, the commissioner shall cause a correct map of the
land to be entered of record in the county where the land is situated.
