Text
The county board of appraisers shall certify to the correctness of the appraisal and file the
same with the county auditor who shall immediately transmit the same to the commissioner of
university and school lands. The appraisal must be verified by each of the appraisers and must
disclose any real or contingent interest that any of the appraisers has in the tract appraised.
