Text
When lands have been certified or conveyed erroneously or improperly to the state of North
Dakota for school or other purposes by the United States, the governor of the state may
reconvey or relinquish the title which the state may have to the lands by the execution, under
the governor's hand and with the seal of the state, of such conveyances as may be necessary.
