Text
All leases made for the purpose of obtaining and extracting oil, gas, coal, cement materials,
sodium sulfate, sand and gravel, road material, building stone, chemical substances, metallic
ores, or colloidal or other clays must be separate and distinct from any lease of the land for
grazing and farming purposes and the regulations made by the board of university and school
lands must provide for the use of the lands for grazing and farming purposes without
interference on the part of the lessee for the purposes aforesaid.
