§ 14-20-25 — (501) Scope
Sections 14-20-25 through 14-20-35 govern genetic testing of an individual to determine parentage, whether the individual:
1.Voluntarily submits to testing; or
2.Is tested pursuant to an order of the court or a support enforcement agency.
