Text
1.To facilitate compliance with sections 14-20-11 through 14-20-24, the department of
health and human services shall prescribe forms for the acknowledgment of paternity
and the denial of paternity.
2.A valid acknowledgment of paternity or denial of paternity is not affected by a later
modification of the prescribed form.
