§ 14-05-01 — Marriage - How dissolved

North Dakota·Title 14 Domestic Relations and Persons·Ch. 14-05 Divorce

Marriage is dissolved only:

1.By the death of one of the parties; or
2.By a judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction decreeing a divorce of the parties.
