Text
Each licensee shall submit to the nationwide multistate licensing system and registry reports
of condition which must be in the prescribed form and must contain the information as the
nationwide multistate licensing system and registry may require. Failure to accurately report
information required by this section is deemed to be a violation of subsection 1 of section
13-13-15.
