§ 12-60-06 — Furnishing of equipment
The attorney general shall provide the bureau with necessary furniture, fixtures, apparatus,
appurtenances, appliances, materials, and equipment as the attorney general deems necessary
for the collection, filing, and preservation of all records required by law to be filed with the
bureau or which the attorney general may authorize to require or procure respecting the
identification and investigation of criminals, the investigation of crime and detection of the
perpetrators thereof, and identification and information concerning stolen, lost, found, pledged,
or pawned property.
