§ 12-48-07 — Tools and equipment
North Dakota·Title 12 Corrections, Parole, and Probation·Ch. 12-48 Employment of Inmates of the Penitentiary
The warden, under the direction of the director of the department of corrections and
rehabilitation, shall procure the machinery, tools, and equipment necessary to carry on and
conduct the work and industries of the penitentiary. Procurement must be made by the warden
according to chapter 54-44.4 and rules adopted under that chapter.
