§ 12-47-04 — Commitment to the legal and physical custody of the department of corrections and rehabilitation is at hard labor
corrections and rehabilitation is at hard labor.
In all cases in which a district court has committed an offender to the legal and physical
custody of the department of corrections and rehabilitation it shall be at hard labor, whether or
not so designated by the district court.
