§ 12-46-04 — Appointment of officers
North Dakota·Title 12 Corrections, Parole, and Probation·Ch. 12-46 North Dakota Youth Correctional Center
The director of the division of juvenile services is the administrator of the North Dakota
youth correctional center. The director may designate officers or employees of the North Dakota
youth correctional center to carry out the administrator's duties.
