Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county may not adopt or enforce an
ordinance, resolution, or policy that prohibits or impedes, or has the effect of prohibiting or
impeding, the connection or reconnection of an electric, natural gas, propane, or other energy
utility service based on fuel source provided by a public utility, municipal utility, cooperative
utility, or propane service.
