Text
The county auditor, county treasurer, and the chairman of the board of county
commissioners, or such other member of the board as may be designated thereby, shall
constitute a committee which shall purchase and provide all necessary blanks, books, and other
stationery for the use in their official capacities of all county officers and emergency supplies
and equipment required by the county.
