§ 11-10-12 — Deputy county officials - Bonds

North Dakota·Title 11 Counties·Ch. 11-10 General Provisions

Any county official may require that official's deputy to be bonded for the faithful
performance of the deputy's duties in an amount to be fixed by the board of county
commissioners. A bond of a deputy shall be issued, and the premium thereon paid, in the same
manner as in the case of a county official.
