Text
When an act or instrument is considered necessary or appropriate to evidence the vesting
of property or other rights in the single corporation, the persons with authority to do so under the
articles or bylaws of each constituent corporation shall do the act or execute and deliver the
instrument and for this purpose, the existence of the constituent corporations and the authority
of those persons is continued.
