Text
1.To the extent permitted in the articles or bylaws, two or more members may provide for
how they will vote by signing an agreement for that purpose. An agreement may be
valid for a period of up to ten years. The agreement must have a reasonable purpose
consistent with the purposes of the corporation.
2.A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
3.A voting agreement is not effective until it is filed with the corporation.
