Text
1.Any person who, on a volunteer basis, provides services or performs duties on behalf
of a corporation is immune from civil liability for any act or omission resulting in
damage or injury if at the time of the act or omission all of the following are met:
a.The person who caused the damage or injury was acting in good faith and in the
scope of that person's duties as a volunteer for the corporation.
b.The act or omission did not constitute willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2.This section does not grant immunity to any person causing damage as the result of
the negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
