Text
activities - Obtaining licenses and permits. A foreign corporation may not:
1.Conduct activities in this state or obtain any license or permit required by this state
until it has procured a certificate of authority from the secretary of state.
2.Conduct in this state any activity that is prohibited to a corporation incorporated under
this chapter.
3.Be denied a certificate of authority because the laws of the state or country where the
corporation is incorporated differ from the laws of this state.
