A cooperative may, by action taken in the manner required for an amendment, adopt restated articles which shall state they supersede existing articles and amendments. Restated articles shall meet all requirements of original articles except:
1.Incorporators constituting the temporary board and the names and addresses of the
incorporators may be omitted.
2.The location of the principal office, or the complete address of the present registered
agent, shall be set forth as of the time of adoption of the restated articles. The name of
a new registered agent as provided in chapter 10-01.1 and, if a noncommercial
registered agent, then the address of such noncommercial registered agent in this
state may be set forth in lieu of the location of the principal office.
