Text
The first meeting of the members shall be called by the temporary president or a majority of
the temporary directors. Such meeting shall be held as soon as reasonably possible after the
organization meeting of the temporary board but not later than six months after filing the articles.
Failure to hold such meeting within the time specified does not affect the validity of organization.
