North Dakota Statutes
§ 1-08-06 — Validation of certain sales
Any sale of real property made and consummated more than three years prior to March 7,
1931, by any board of county commissioners in any county in this state, under the provisions of
section 11-11-14, hereby is validated and confirmed. No action hereafter may be commenced to
vacate or set aside the same.
