North Dakota Statutes
§ 1-07-05 — Validation of elections on bond issues for municipal sewer and water systems
systems.
All elections held prior to February 1, 1939, for the purpose of voting on the issuance of
bonds for the joint construction of a water and sewer system are declared legal and valid
notwithstanding the combination of such purposes in the question submitted to the voters.
