Text
Any and all acknowledgments taken before March 5, 1943, and subsequent to
September 16, 1940, in substantial compliance with the provisions of sections 47-19-17 and
47-19-31 are hereby declared legal and valid for all purposes and to the same extent as
acknowledgments taken subsequent to the effective date of said sections.
