§ 1-04-17 — Validation of oil and gas leases adopted by governing body of township, city, school district, or park district
school district, or park district.
All oil and gas leases executed prior to July 1, 1941, by the governing body of a township,
city, school district, or park district, covering lands under its control, are declared to be valid.
